Who will be the firm point of contact?
A project manager will be assigned to make sure everything goes as per your project requirements and stipulated deadline. We believe proper communication is the key to a successful project completion.
What is our confidentiality policy?
We will make sure all data provided by the client stay confidential, our firm and staff agree that no information regarding the project will be disclosed to any third party without client consent. We will be more than happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement if requested by the client.
What are your normal working hours?
Normal business hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. Don’t worry; we can work over the weekend if it is absolutely needed to meet the project deadline.
What are the preferred means of communication?
We believe proper communication is the key, most often via email. To ease out the process we have live conversation facility via telephone or Skype video conferencing.
What is the normal procedure you follow for the CAD projects?
Once client send us the scope and the required files, we will initiate the detailed proposal along with the time frame. Once the proposal is accepted and we receive the PO, the project manager will immediately pipeline the project, he will send you a periodic update on the project and will request the missing information if needed. We aim successful project completion in stipulated deadline; any changes in the initial scope will be treated as revisions and will be completed in their own stipulated time frame.

What level of quality control you follow?
We put level 2 QC check on each and every project.
How quickly you turnaround the project?
Turnaround time or the lead time is purely dependable on the type and the size of the project. Don’t worry; we will deploy your project in reasonable time frame.
What is the preferred method of payment?
We accept payments via Wire transfers, Check or Paypal.
How do I send large files?
You can send us files via email upto 20Mb. If the file size is more than 20 Mb we use the Dropbox cloud based ftp system for a fast and efficient way of sharing the files.
What file formats are acceptable?
Please send PDF, Image or any CAD file format. If you have any other file format now worries, please Contact Us.
What is the cost?
Each project is different, therefore detail proposal will be provided for the client’s approval based on the scope of work.
Do you provide a free trial?
Yes, we do provide a free trial for not more than 8 hours; we make sure client is happy with our work and the process we follow.
